Wah! This week is very tiring! Monday to Wednesday — many assignments, activities and SURPRISE TESTS! Thursday– Grad pic day and speech choir practice #1 Friday– PE day (we did 20 push ups and sit-ups!). My body was in no condition, I don’t know why, since Thursday, I was feeling very weak, yesterday too, my head ached. While we were having our Chinese test a while ago, my head was aching, so I decided to drink Biogesic first, then slept after the test. Then we had our Saturday mass, after dismissal,we went to the rehearsal room to practice Speech Choir. We were to ct like REAL ROBOTS (as in we need to make our bodies stiff!)! My body really aches (from being a robot and the push ups!). I need some rest! Well, tomorrow is our school family day, I’ll be dancing for our section (cheer dance). I hope that it’ll be very successful! Suppose on Monday, is our rest day, but we need to sacrifice our rest day for the speech choir practice 1:30-4:00pm. And they’re elimination 9 participants on Monday! Hopefully, it won’t be me! I hope I can get some rest!
Grad Pic Day— my sister applied make up to my face and featured my in KikayKits and The Mineral Makeup here goes:

Kikay Girl Of The Week : Miss Juniorproblogger!

By the way, I bet she’d be a hottie blogger one day. She currently blogs for Juniorproblogger ( nothing commercial, just personal raves and rants about her life ) , and heck, she is even better than me in tweaking wordpress themes! ( Actually, I make her do all the “dirty stuff”, kidding ). She even beat me in knowing what faveicon meant. ( She makes them, too. )To know more on what I did with Sarabeth’s makeup, check out this entry. Well, Miss Juniorproblogger, we are sure happy to have you in the blogosphere, young lady!

A Mineral Makeup FOTD For Graduation Picture
I woke up extra early today because it was my baby sister’s big day – her graduation picture day. Well, ya know I’m not a morning person for sure, but I really did try!
Here’s what I did for my baby sis ( who is not a baby anymore, I guess. ). Only the best for her – mineral makeup ! I don’t want to be hurting her baby skin that I wish was mine!
1. First, I applied moisturizer on her since her skin seemed to be dry on some areas.
2. Second, I applied a mix of Monave Hyeyeon and Caroline Concealer Foundation using a flat top brush to ensure that her foundation would stay put all throughout the day. She told me she was having a speech practice before having her shot taken, and I am not taking any chances.
3. Gasp – I have noticed that my baby sister has signs of dark undereye circles! Oh no!!! At such a young age? I felt so bad and applied Monave Lidwash in Buttercup on her to get rid of those signs of stress and sleepless nights. She just studies too hard!
4. I also saw some redness on her cheeks. Slight rashes. Something tells me I need to give her a nicer skin care set. ( Why did I just see them now ? ) Another blast of Valerie Beauty Red Zapper on her red areas, and well, it really worked as it neutralized the redness. In the picture, you don’t see anything!
5. I sprayed Nu Skin Moisture Mist on her whole face to natural-ify the look. Well, indeed, it looked natural!
6. Moving on, I remember my baby sis telling me, “Achie, no shiny stuff on me please” as she remembered the shimmery pink and green fusion eye makeup that I did to her eyes when she was performing a dance for a school activity. Well, considering that this is a grad pic shot, matte shadows were needed for this. I made use of Mineralogie’s Pressed Mineral Eyeshadow in shades of Chocolate, Mango, and Luminous. Thank God for no-brainer eyeshadow trios that just saves the day! Another helpful tool I used was the Beth Bender Smoky Eye stencils that I used on my baby sis, to make her eyes stand out more. I couldn’t apply eyeliner on her since it would make her older.
7. I used the Mineralogie pressed eyeshadow in chocolate to add some definition to her brows. No touching, no plucking ! She’s still a baby.
8. For blush, I opted for Lumiere’s Veena Blush in Terra Cotta – I think it fit her just great as it gave her a very au naturelle pinch on the cheeks. Lovely!
9. To finish her face makeup, I swiped Mineralogie’s Matte Finishing Powder in Warm all over her face for a flawless, even look.
10. I added some Valerie Beauty’s Satin Sun on her cheeks to “sculpt” or define it more, plus brushed a straight line on her nose.
11. Lastly, I applied a very lovely peach shade of lipstick on her. It’s called Mineralogie lipstick in Peach Shimmer. This is one of the prettiest and daintest lip colors I’ve ever tried, and it looks good and young!
So, there you go. Her face looks luminous, fresh, and flawless. I just couldn’t quite capture her blush and eyeshadow on the photo which were definitely applied heavier on the actual application as I feared they would fade in an hour or so. Well, here’s an inspiration to give your babies mineral makeup as their first makeup! My baby sister is definitely going to use mineral makeup as her first makeup, and will be using it for the rest of her life!
