I figured that i haven’t really updated my blog for a while now (a year *cough*). I got stuck up with studies, studies, and studies. ) I guess I last updated about my summer last year, and my sophies year. Well I’m happy and proud to tell everyone that i improved alot in my studies in my third year. I could really compare my lazy old self before i stepped in my third year. I’m not just happy about my studies, but also with my new buddies! ).

So, what did you miss? ) Let’s put this in bullet form

• Hello third year!
• I had my first school competitions in swimming.^^
• Teachers’ day – first time in my HS life, i participated ))
• Retreat at Tagaytay while Manila in experiencing a typhoon ) It was unfair though, because classes were suspended there. )
• CHRISTMAS! We went to Spirals for a buffet, i screwed up. Instead of enjoying the food, i began to feel unwell
• I began watching American series! yay! Like How I Met Your Mother and Glee
• Batch Play (Vendetta: To Be or Not To Be, That Is The Question) tiring, but fun!
• JS PROM <3 my fave :> I had my make-up done by my sister, Sophie. My hair by Michelle Cabrera and my dress was made by Camille Co of Co-Exist. All these taken care of my sister just to make my night magical <3.
• My Birthday! 3/11- also the day when Japan experienced the 8.9M earthquake and tsunami let’s pray for them!
• Campus Tours to Manila’s best universities (we also went to Enderun, btw )
• Daddy’s birthday! we went to the Diamond Hotel and had buffet. REALLY YUMMY DESSERT
• I finally made it to the honor’s list! yayyy! (this concludes my junior year)
• and other school activities…. )

My summer’11 was supposed to be a really busy one.I’m supposed to be occupied by my advance classes/ college review sessions and swimming training til i was struck with the measles. Right, the measles. It ruined my schedule o.o I was also supposed to have fun with my friends to Ace Water Spa. ) Oh! I miss everything outside this house But oh well, God just sent me a message to just lie down, rest and leave that for later. And read books i bought earlier. ) Til my next post!

I wasn’t able to swim since yesterday because of my period. I just competed last Saturday for the championship No medals again. No pictures too! ( My personal photographer (my sister) was sick . So my other sister and my dad watched me compete . Wish I could do better next time . But I do have ribbons! :hehe: But I haven’t claimed them unfortunately, I can get them tomorrow already! Really glad I get to join to competitions this summer.

Oh yeah, school’s going hi-tech already :nerd: . They finally touched the official school site ) . They’re going to post the class sections in a few days. just wanted to share this ) .

Is it me or the time’s running too fast? Well, because today’s the last day of April and tomorrow’s MAY already! Only 1 month of summer vacation left . And still spending it watching Taiwanese Dramas. Again, I finished another one ) . I finished watching Ming Dao & Joanne Zeng’s Magicians of Love & Ethan Ruan and Joe Chen’s Fated to Love You (too lazy to post pics of the series. hehe!). Besides watching, me and my sisters are playing Restaurant City! And still stuck at home.

Speaking of swimming, I presented to her my bronze medal from the sportsfest swimming competition.

It’s my first medal EVER. and it’s plastic!

It’s really good having her home, too bad she has to go back to Singapore on tuesday .

How’s my summer? Since last week, I’ve been spending my time in the office and earning money at the same time *yay me!* . And I have been spending time with my little sister. how’s yours?

I already finished 2 and it’s only the 2nd week of our summer vacation! ) As I mentioned on my last post before, I watched Devil Beside You, where Mike He was paired with Raine Yang.

Since the I enjoyed the flow of the story, I finished this series in 3 days!

My second was Bull Fighting, where Mike He was paired with Hebe Tian. Another series I enjoyed from Mike He ) .

And now, currently watching My Lucky Star. Yoo Hana with Jimmy Lin. Pretty interesting^^

Well, I’ve been spending my time watching and hunting for more Taiwanese dramas to watch!!! Anymore good dramas you may suggest??

I woke up at almost 7:00 am, because my parents were talking that it woke me up. I heard them saying that the electricity’s been out since midnight. I barely noticed that because I had a really nice sleep . It was also raining continuously. After hearing that conversation, I slept again and woke up again at 9:00 am, i thought it was already lunch, so I told everyone in the room “huwag nalang kaya tayo maglunch…” (in english, let’s skip lunch). My sister laughed and said that it’s too early for lunch! I checked my phone for text messages, then I saw the battery’s almost dead. Then around 11:00 am, my dad decided to fix the generator because my sister and my mom are about to cook lunch. I tried accessing the internet but there was no dial tone on the phone line! ugh! So the generator was on for 2 hours. Then I accompanied my dad to the generator (which is outside) to switch it off. So we got slightly wet, it was still raining though. Then almost everyone in the house slept all afternoon, except for me, and my two sisters. I worked on my Math homework while my sister checked if I did it right. My little sister was very busy playing a never-ending-game in the laptop. When I was done with Math, the electricity’s up again! Yipee! So I checked the internet if it’s up. The dial tone’s fine, but no internet ( ! But the cable’s fine already . It started raining again after stopping for barely 2 hours! ugh!

The next day… I checked the internet again, still, nothing. My sister called to inquire about the internet and why is it still down. After 1 hour, voila! there’s internet! But my little sister stole the laptop from me. My other sister is using the desktop computer and my other sister was using her Mac. But! I was the one who checked the internet but then, I was the one who  couldn’t use the internet! I have to wait 2-3 hours before I could use the internet. So I did my computer homework first. It was to look for the functions of the toolbox of Macromedia Flash. I had a hard time looking for it.

I’m really happy that classes will resume tomorrow! I’m dying from boredom here!!!

Apologies to my readers. I was really too lazy to update these days. And, the same reason from my last post, I always doze off after my swimming lessons =/. Sorry if I still haven’t return your comments, I will now, since my swimming lessons are done and I’m free until the end of summer. I’m going to make it up to you!

Summer Laziness, one of my summer sickness. Sadly, my swimming lessons are already done. My coach encouraged me to join the swimming competition last Saturday, May 17, 2008. It was a competition between different Bert Lozada Swim School branches. The theme was Speedo-BLSS 1st Plunge Swim Carnival.I was afraid I would lose. My coach got me in 4 25m events, fly, back, breast, free. And 2 Medley Relays. But I DID win 3 . I won 5th place on the 25m backstroke swim, 6th place on the 25m breaststroke swim and 6th place on a Medley Relay. I was glad I won something on my first competition .

I also have a certificate of Participation for joining the competition.

I’m really happy that my parents allowed me to participate on this competition! It was really my first time competing! Even though I wasn’t able to stretch and warm up before the competition, I was late already =/. And I made friends too! Yey! We kept on cheering for our team! I’m a proud team member of AWS! Though, every after event I kept shivering, it was really cold there. We were competing on an outdoor pool.

I really got bored and very lazy to finish Harry Potter 4. So I crocheted cellphone pouches again! I also learned some fancy stitches from NexStitch. I think I’m old already for crocheting! ) . i already crocheted 4 cellphone pouches in two days for my cellphone, and my sisters’ cellphones too.

The other one’s missing ^_^”

I found one of the crochet pouches my sister received last year from Christmas. I tried imitating it. It’s still in progress.

A while ago, we went to school and got our class cards. I’m happy with my section . I’m still with most of my classmates in grade 6. Only few got transferred. Our classes starts on June 10. So it’s only about 2 weeks before classes starts.

It’s not only my blog that’s been neglected, but our portfolio too. =/ I’ll try finishing them of next week before classes starts.

So far, my summer’s been fine, and somewhat exciting. I do the same thing everyday! I want to go swimming soon. Well our swimming sessions starts on May 7. I can’t wait! My best friend’s coming with me (hopefully). I really miss swimming so much! my summer wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t swim at least once . I’ve already finished 2 books in our summer reading inventory. The second book that I read was The Alchemist. It’s a very nice book. Now I need 2 more books to finish my summer requirements. Next book that I’ll read is Twice Upon a Time (Sleeping Beauty- one who took the really long nap). I haven’t read this when I bought it from the Scholastics Book Fair. I didn’t have time.

I apologize for not updating for almost 2 weeks. I’ve been up to something. I’ll tell you soon [^-*], as soon as I’m finished. I’ve been experimenting some vector-like pictures from Adobe Illustrator. I had so much fun! The picture you see in my post is one of my experiments. That’s my best for now . I’m trying to learn more from my sister who studied Multi Media Arts. I’ve been also playing with my sister’s Nikon D40 camera. I’m actually learning! And it’s been fun!

Hana Kimi Japan – THE BEST!

Me and my sister had finished watching Hana Kimi (Japan). She says that the Japanese version has more sense than the Taiwan version (since she’s been watching it from the Chinese channel). It’s super funny! Especially Nakatsu Suichi. Well, Sano Izumi is kinda boring there. I only like his high jumping . I hope you’ll all watch it! I watched it from CrunchyRoll. They have the complete series (12 episodes). I wonder what I will watch next . Happy Summer!!

Well, we are to read 4 books for our reading inventory (for school). But do you think I would spend ALL the summer time reading just 4 books? NO.But, I’m not yet sure if I will take swimming training again. Tiring, but fun =).
