Summer Laziness
Posted by Sarabeth - 23/05/08 at 05:05:12 pmApologies to my readers. I was really too lazy to update these days. And, the same reason from my last post, I always doze off after my swimming lessons =/. Sorry if I still haven’t return your comments, I will now, since my swimming lessons are done and I’m free until the end of summer. I’m going to make it up to you!
Summer Laziness, one of my summer sickness. Sadly, my swimming lessons are already done. My coach encouraged me to join the swimming competition last Saturday, May 17, 2008. It was a competition between different Bert Lozada Swim School branches. The theme was Speedo-BLSS 1st Plunge Swim Carnival.I was afraid I would lose. My coach got me in 4 25m events, fly, back, breast, free. And 2 Medley Relays. But I DID win 3
. I won 5th place on the 25m backstroke swim, 6th place on the 25m breaststroke swim and 6th place on a Medley Relay. I was glad I won something on my first competition :).

I also have a certificate of Participation for joining the competition.

I’m really happy that my parents allowed me to participate on this competition! It was really my first time competing! Even though I wasn’t able to stretch and warm up before the competition, I was late already =/. And I made friends too! Yey! We kept on cheering for our team! I’m a proud team member of AWS! Though, every after event I kept shivering, it was really cold there. We were competing on an outdoor pool.

Updates for the past 5 days
Posted by Sarabeth - 15/05/08 at 11:05:19 pmOkay, I know I haven’t been updating lately, because I’m always tired from swimming. When I reach home, I always lay down on the bed and suddenly doze off. Anyways, here are my updates. So I’ll start with Sunday.
May 11, 2008 | Sunday | Mother’s Day
To make this day special for our mother, we surprised her with in our own creative ways. Well, actually my little sister thought of all the ideas of gifts for her. First, she made a Mother’s Day Card for us, sisters, to write on. Then she found my other sister’s deflated balloons, she told us to inflate it and draw pictures on it and write whatever we want to say to our mom. I would like to take a picture of it but I think they already popped. Then we asked our parents to drop us to the parlor for our haircut and my sisters’ mani-pedi treatment. My hair is short already! and loving it. I told the guy cutting my hair if he could cut my hair short up to my lower chin and I’d like to have bangs. Now, all of us sisters have bangs already! CUTE
. Then we went to the mall with our parents to buy some groceries. Happy Mother’s Day to all moms out there!:)

Little Miss Junior Pro Blogger - A CERTIFIED HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT!
Posted by Sarabeth - 28/03/08 at 02:03:47 pmOkay, so first of all, I miss my site, the bloggers and the readers :D. But now little miss Junior Pro Blogger is back! And finally a high school student! I’ve been off the computer and my blog because I had lots of graduation practices and exams. So I’ll try changing the design of this site
I’m very excited for high school! Where does the time go? haha! We had our graduation rites just a while ago
I already received my beautiful diploma!
And my parents also gave me a brand new Nokia 5310 as my graduation gift. I thank my sisters and my parents for making my graduation possible
Especially to my sister, Sophie, who applied various mineral make-ups on my face to make me as cute as possible  ! And my other sister, Steph, who tried everything she got to make my hair look good :) This is Sarabeth (Little Miss Junior Pro Blogger) congratulating all the graduates of 2008! especially the graduates of grade6 in SJCS!
Graduating soon :D

Then we had our last day of classes just yesterday, and also, the last exam of grade 6 in elementary! Our teacher let us watch a movie in the classroom using the projector. Though it’s a Chinese movie, it’s very funny and entertaining
. Then we spent the whole afternoon making the improvised souvenir program, the project for our language subject. Here’s the finished product
voila!
Well, we’re still going to have our graduation practices, so me and my friends are still going to see each other
.
So busy in school!
Posted by Sarabeth - 02/02/08 at 08:02:09 pmgosh, I am very very sorry for not updating for a long time! It’s been like a very long while! I’v been very busy in school with many homeworks and the dance poetry! We haven’t finished the whole thing and performance day is on Feb. 11. we still have to finish 2 dances and 2-3 more parts of the poem. I hope we could finish it very very soon! We’ve been having lots of activities and graded group works in school. I think I don’t have time for myself anymore! Anyways, it’s already February and it’s almost exam week! We’ll be having our exams on Feb. 25- March 1! We’ll be having our exam week one week earlier than the lower levels. Graduating students are to have one week earlier than the lower level to take the exams, and I’m one of them!
I’m not sure if I’m ready for highschool yet, but I want to join the cheering squad! haha! I’m really fond of watching them and I wanna try them out! Yipee! haha I hope high school would be great! :)
